"No Perspective" is the debut album of pianist and composer Sandro Sáez.
With his compositions, Sandro Sáez processes his emotions and approaches as a young artist in Berlin.
No Perspective - refers to the current negative conditions and trends in this world. Everything seems to be approaching the abyss.
In addition, there was a pandemic in 2020, which meant a challenge and a reorientation for all of us.
In this reorientation, Sandro Sáez experienced feelings of complete emptiness and lack of perspective, which he expresses in the title Out Of Nothing, among other things.
However, composing new pieces gave him perspective. The mood of the music oscillates between feelings of happiness and sadness, trust and mistrust, fragility and steadfastness.
Right next to the high, sooty chimneys of the former Osram GmbH factory in Berlin, Sandro Sáez composed the pieces for the album, with which he wants to leave a contemporary footprint in the european jazz scene in a very personal way.
